Nursing Home Manager
Goodall Brazier is working with a medium-sized care provider who has the requirement for an experience home manager for a residential home in Hathersage, Derbyshire.
The Home
This 48 bed dual registered care home with nursing providing elderly care has an excellent local and CQC reputation and as such they are looking for a driven, determined manager to continue that success. The home is based in the heart of the beautiful Peak District and serves residents from the suurounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate
The company are looking to recruit a manager with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management, budget responsibilities, a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams.
Experience as a care home manager is essential and a qualification as a Registered Nurse is desirable. Good communication and administration skills, the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload is essential. Above all you will need to demonstrate empathy towards older people and an understanding of their needs.
The Package
An excellent employment package is offered with the following benefits
· £38,950per annum salary (£19.97 per hour)
· 37.5 working week
· Performance related bonus
· Generous annual leave days.
