The Role
The Candidate
The Successful candidate will be well presented and businesslike. You will be dedicated and committed to the success of the Projects by working well under pressure to strict time scales and completing the projects within budget, while maintaining and delivering a professional service to the client.
You will have a back ground from within the new build industry for the social housing market within the Milton Keynes region, coupled with the ability to adapt well to changes in situations you will manage the contracts/projects efficiently, responsibly and coordinate all tasks to ensure the best quality of work is delivered.

The Role
You will be responsible for £8 Million New build Site within the Milton Keynes region, with particular emphasis on your client’s unique requirements and understanding their vision, enabling you to manage the projects/contracts to your client’s requirements and completing on time and within budget. Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the new build contract schemes for the social housing projects within the Milton Keynes region and contribute to the success of the business by ensuring long lasting relationships with the clients by managing the projects/contracts to their expectations and vision.
