The Role
You will be responsible for a multi disciplined approach to the Social Housing New Build market, with particular emphasis on your client’s unique requirements. You will ensure the service they receive from those in your operational team is to the highest possible standard and that operational delivery is being optimised.
Total Responsible for ensuring full compliance with operating procedures through inspection and audit with full P&L responsibilities, to guide the business into the future with planned growth ensuring that all planned objectives, aims and targets are all met and lead to the overall company goal.
Day to day financial control of the business, liaising with organisations and clients for which the company conducts work with, determining the company policies with regard to quality, health and safety and the environment, encourage an environment were continues learning and development is valued and respected.
The Candidate
Degree educated is desirable but not essential. You will have a proven track record and experience of managing projects, establishing new relationships with prospective clients and generating business opportunities for new works, products and solutions to the requirements and vision of your clients.
The successful candidate will be able to work productively in a pressurised environment, act decisively when faced with urgent issues while consistently maintaining a high level of service at all times. You will have excellent communication and networking skills to maximize operational delivery.
This person will be well presented and have excellent commercial awareness and business acumen. Coupled with the ability to lead by example and identify new business opportunities, creating business plans and implementing strategy wile ensuring the company is managed efficiently and responsibly.
To be considered you MUST be embedded within the Social Housing market sector for New Build Construction within the South West regions dealing directly with Social Registered Landlords and Housing Associations.
