The successful candidate will lead a dynamic, fun team and will be expected to present a professional, approachable and friendly image at all times. As with all staff the Lettings Sales Manager must develop a full understanding and appreciation of the brand.

The Role
- Managing and motivating a team of Letting Negotiators
- Developing business by attracting new landlords and tenants
- Develop marketing strategy with the MD to attract new tenants and landlords
- Training and development of all staff
- Client hospitality
- Take an active role in showing potential tenants round your portfolio
- Ambitious individual who is looking to progress
- Must have experience of leading a team of lettings negotiators
