BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
LONDON
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 with excellent OTE
Our client provides a range of Facilities Management and Managed Security Services.
With a turnover of in excess of £100m our client has an enviable blue chip client base. A market leader in the Managed Security market and already having organically secured FM contracts, the company is now looking to aggressively expand their customer base and has a vacancy for a Business Development Manager.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop a full awareness of Manned guarding -Security and FM marketplace and how the business will be able develop upon its full potential
2. Develop customer confidence by maintaining close relationships at all stages; help to provide continuity between the business development and operational functions
3. Carry out site visits and surveys as part of the tender process
4. Create and maintain a sales pipeline by researching and working closely with identified key prospects and market segments
5. Preparation and delivering of presentations in respect of potential contracts
The ideal candidate will have:
• Wide experience of the Manned Guarding industry
• You will need to possess the gravitas to source, discuss and close business opportunities at senior management / board level and the motivation to make a real impact on the business.
