Created to offer the very best in executive search and selection, the business is already growing fast with our head office located in some of the finest real estate in Leeds City Centre and further offices planned for London, Sydney and New York over the next few years.

Our pedigree

Stephen Fairbank set up Mackenzie Stuart in 2005 – one of the fastest growing businesses of its kind in the UK, with an excellent reputation for placing senior level candidates. He had previously co-founded Ellis Fairbank in 1990 – one of the biggest names in the recruitment industry and a proven market leader in executive search. He sold the business through a MBO in 2001.

Richard Goodall was promoted four times during a three-year period at Mackenzie Stuart, from Consultant to Sales Director. At each stage he was the top performer in the company.
